Preconstruction Planning
Lyncon offers a full range of preconstruction services including conceptual estimating , MEP coordination, detailed schedules, constructability reviews and value engineering. With these key components in place a lot of the risks associated with projects can be eliminated or managed. We believe that these steps if implemented properly can lead to a successful project.
Design / Build Management
Lyncon has 15 years of experience in building using the Design/Build method of construction. Our clients have found that the fast track nature of design/build allows for increased flexibility and more control over cost, quality and schedule. A number of our clients are repeat clients because of the ease of this process. It has allowed us to build cohesive teams with our design partners. With negotiated rates and fees along with a competitive subcontract community, the design a/ build method of construction works for everyone involved.
